Account deletion

Delete an optional DueBeam account

A DueBeam account is optional. Deleting it and erasing local charge data are separate actions so the app never removes local records silently.

Delete inside the app

  1. Open DueBeam and go to My > Account.
  2. Choose Delete Account.
  3. Reauthenticate with the linked Apple or Google provider when requested.
  4. Review the explanation and confirm deletion.

This removes the DueBeam server account, provider bindings and cloud entitlement binding. It does not cancel an App Store purchase.

Erase local charge data

Choose My > Data > Delete All Data to remove local items, selected images, import drafts and DueBeam notification requests. A valid lifetime purchase can still be restored from the same Apple ID through StoreKit.

Cannot open the app?

Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your optional account. Support will verify ownership without asking for your password, full provider token or payment-card information.
